An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, innovative individual to lead a team as the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service Manager. The Cardiac Rehabilitation Service is a pan Lothian outpatient service based at Astley Ainslie Hospital and provides clinics across Lothian.
The post holder will provide clinical, operational management and leadership to the multidisciplinary team within cardiac rehabilitation as well as holding a clinical case load
Applicants should have a degree in nursing, occupational therapy or physiotherapy and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or Health and Care Professions Council. They should be educated to SCQF level 10, for example post graduation qualification in nursing, occupational therapy or physiotherapy or equivalent training and experience in cardiac rehabilitation or cardiology. Evidence of previous management and leadership experience is required.
