This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Home Education Facilitator to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team on a secondment basis until March 2023.  This role will work closely with the Head of Department and HEIs in a practical role in providing support, education and development for clinical staff and students.  You are expected to motivate staff and students to provide high standards of care by acting as a role model.

You should be a RN educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have or working toward a post graduate qualification.  In addition you should also have or be working toward a certificate in teaching and learning.  You will be able to evidence well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent levels of communication and have experience in teaching and facilitation.  Good communication and organisational skills coupled with an ability to work within a team setting as well as independently, will be essential requirements of this post.   

Salary will be pro rata for part time hours.
