The Strategy, Performance and Communications Directorate operates under the direction of the NSS Board, Executive Management Team and SBU senior management teams. It aims to lead and drive improved health, financial and environmental outcomes by NSS for NHSScotland and across health and care.
We are seeking 2 individuals to provide Personal Assistant duties within the Directorate to Executive Directors.
The main purpose of the role is:
•    To provide personal assistance service to NSS executive directors.
•    To deliver a full range of executive administration, coordination and secretarial/secretariat support and to a high standard.
•    To support the coordination and drafting of a range of management reports and papers as determined by the NSS executive director.
•    To support the planning and co-ordination of meetings and events on their behalf, participate and provide secretariat support as required, and ensure the timely delivery of outputs.
