ASSOCIATE LEAD NURSE
Band 8A: £50,470 - £54,482
37.5 hours per week – Full time, Permanent
This is a highly regarded and dynamic professional nursing leadership post in North Highland Community, NHS Highland, responsible for establishment and workforce reviews, clinical governance, patient safety, and staff wellbeing including innovation and quality improvement.
The Associate Lead Nurse, will work under the direction of the Associate Nurse Director, taking responsibility for the standard of Nursing practice across all fields of Nursing. This will be across a range of hospital, community, social and domestic settings with a particular focus on the provision of professional workforce standards and safe, and quality care.
To provide professional nursing leadership and expert advice within the operational unit across the five NHSH NMAHP Leadership dimensions:
- Safe, quality care
- Professional workforce standards, planning and development
- Service improvement, design/redesign and development
- Research and innovation
- Partnership working
A full current driving license is essential and access to a car. Lease car is available
