There is an opportunity for existing NSS staff members to apply for a 12 month fixed term appointment as the Assistant Accommodations Services Manager working within the NSS Facilities Soft FM Management Team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the co-ordination of FM service provision supporting the Accommodations Service Manager to deliver service provision in relation to all Soft FM services including Domestic, Catering, Reception & Mailroom.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and performance management of all areas, supporting the responsible supervisors for each area, managing specific projects within facilities services and for leading and managing the implementation of all departmental policy and procedures, including staff Review and PDP, staff Training and Compliance, Risk Assessment and SOP implementation.
Working strategically to support with service improvements within Facilities Management, the successful candidate will also support with legislation requirements in line with ‘Food Safety’ and ‘Health & Safety’, as well as supporting the development and improvement of cleanliness standards in line with the ‘National Cleaning Services Specifications’ in all NSS establishment building’s.
