An opportunity has arisen in our Human Resources function for a Specialist Business Process Lead to join our team, focusing on the development of end to end business processes and continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve service delivery and quality within a customer focused environment.
You should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience of reviewing, designing and implementing creative and innovative end to end business process solutions and use of Lean methodology. The role requires an agile approach to project management in order to drive forward business process change and improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.
The role will require the postholder to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships across all stakeholder groups. You will work within a high volume area and the ability to manage your own workload, demonstrate a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality and improvement are key for this role.
