If you have excellent physiotherapy skills in working with older people, plus extensive experience of team leadership and workload coordination, and you are looking for a good work/life balance, then this post could be ideal for you.
Our physiotherapy team in Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, provides a service to several inpatient rehabilitation wards and an assessment and rehabilitation centre for older people in the community. Along with a current job share partner, you would be responsible for leading this team while also providing clinical input to Whitefield Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre.
You will have extensive experience of working with older people in community and inpatient rehabilitation settings, and will be proficient in standardised assessment and interventions. You will have quality improvement skills including evidence of audit and service development, and you will have demonstrated team leadership in previous jobs. A good track record of developing staff and students will be highly desirable and excellent team working is essential. You must have the ability to travel across Fife.
