We serve a population of 110, 000 providing a range of primary and community based health services and adult social care services. With an operating budget of c185M and a team of c1,000 staff.

We are looking for a highly motivated, professional and enthusiastic individual to lead the Health and Social Care Partnership and provide strategic input to the Integration Joint Board. We are seeking an exceptional individual with the vision to build on the existing foundation of innovation, partnership working and integrated service delivery. You will be first and foremost skilled at building and maintaining strategic relationships with our partners and creating innovative solutions to complex issues.

The role is suited to an ambitious and experienced leader from either a social or health care background and presents an exciting opportunity to lead, shape and influence the provision of health and social care services in East Lothian.

The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience in health or social care. You will have a track record of transforming and improving services, achieving joint goal forging partnerships and influencing local agencies to ensure widest possible engagement and collaboration.
