We are looking to recruit an Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) with a range of paediatric clinical experience to join our SLT team in the North West of Glasgow at Band 5, for one year. Paediatric SLTs in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde practice consistent with the Care Aims clinical effectiveness framework; the successful candidate will have knowledge of this approach to clinical effectiveness. The caseload will be varied and children/young people are seen in a range of settings. There will also be a level of pre-referral work required. Clinical supervision and caseload management support are integral processes within the SLT teams. It is essential you have a Degree / Diploma in Speech and Language Pathology or equivalent diploma. You should also hold registration with RCSLT and Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) (as a condition of ongoing employment post holders are required to maintain continuous registration with these professional bodies and provide documentary evidence on an annual basis).
Please note this post is 30 hours per week (hours / days negotiable).
