An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to work within the Assessment and Rehabilitation Ward to provide a quality, safe, secure and supportive environment in order to care for patients.
The ward provides 14 beds for the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with medical and surgical conditions including patients suffering from dementia.
The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing a high standard of all forms of relevant care and be responsible for the assessment of care needs. They will also provide clinical and managerial leadership to all nursing and support staff.
Applications are invited from registered nurses who are confident in their ability to work using their own initiative as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a high degree of insight into infection control, possess excellent communication skills and work while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
