DEPUTY PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Band 5: £26,104 - £32,915
37.5 hours per week – Full time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Development Manager to join our practice team at Alness and Invergordon Medical Practice. The post holder will provide leadership and management support, working closely with the Business Development Manager wider Practice Team. Experience of leading and managing in a General practice environment is desirable.
It is essential the post holder has a genuine interest in developing people, systems and processes within a busy work environment. The successful applicant should have excellent organisation and communication skills, with an attention to detail and be able to work and adapt under pressure. Flexibility is essential as you will be required to provide cover for other staff holidays/leave. The post requirements are fulltime with jobshare considered.
