Organisational Development, Leadership and Learning (ODLL) is a department within NHS Education for Scotland (NES) that offers a broad range of innovative learning, education and OD activities. 
As a Business Partner, you would work collaboratively with peers and colleagues to get the best outcome for learners and the people we work with. You would join us at a time where we are adapting our traditional development & delivery approaches as we respond and adapt to the busiest time we have known for the NHS. 


If you were in this role today, here’s some of the things you may be doing: 

•    Designing a new course with your colleagues to deliver digitally across the organisation 
•    Supporting team development through facilitation of workshops, created by you
•    Using data to analyse, evaluate and inform learning programmes 
•    Making recommendations on improvements to learning programmes 
•    Working collaboratively with external NHS colleagues on national work 
•    Supporting teams and individuals through organisational change

Some of the knowledge, skills and experience you might have:
•    Qualified to SCQF level 9/10; a relevant professional qualification e.g. CIPD or proven work experience in learning, education and/or organisational development
•    Excellent analytical skills, with expertise in accessing, analysing and presenting a wide range of complex information 
•    Design and delivery of training and development interventions; virtually, digitally and face to face
•    Understanding and experience of contemporary education approaches, for example adult education and workplace learning
