Associate Advisor – GP Education – Grampian
Areas - Trainee support, Supporting trainees in difficulty, Supporting the planning of trainee rotations, General AA duties as required
Base: Forest Grove House, Aberdeen
8 hours per week (2PA’s)

The role is to be part of the educational team in Grampian responsible for the delivery of GP training. The role will focus on trainee support and will involve supporting the TPDs in the management of trainees with identified performance issues and in the planning of trainee rotations. The role will also include aspects of quality management of the GP Training Programme and involvement in other AA roles such as educational delivery/induction/ARCP panels .
