NHS Education for Scotland (NES) is a National Health Board within NHS Scotland, with responsibility for developing and delivering education and training for the healthcare workforce in Scotland. 

Organisational Development, Leadership and Learning (ODLL) is a department within NES that offers a broad range of innovative learning, education and OD activities.

  1. Organisational Development & Leadership (Permanent) 6631BR (x2)
  • We’re looking for someone who has expert understanding and application of contemporary theories of Organisational Culture, Change, Development and Leadership Development. You will also have extensive experience of research, design, development and delivery and/or commissioning of leadership and organisational development solutions.

  1. Employability and Career Development (Fixed Term until end March 2022)  6552BR (x1)

         SLA or secondment only for NHS staff in the first instance* 

  • If you have significant experience of partnership and collaborative working and experience of communicating and engaging with young people and people from under-represented groups, we would love to hear from you. Knowledge of recruitment practices and the current education and/or employment landscape for 16-24 year olds is essential.
