An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clackmannan and Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership in The Wallace Suite, Bellfield Centre, Stirling. Wallace is 32 bedded single roomed unit providing post-acute care rehabilitation and assessment, within these are 8 dedicated stroke beds.

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working Registered Nurse to become a Senior Charge Nurse as part of a multidisciplinary team. A high level of interpersonal and communication and organisational skills are essential.  You must demonstrate an appetite for life long learning and able to provide evidence of your professional development.

Your experience must demonstrate that you are able to provide clinical leadership to the nursing team through support and education.  The candidate will also be expected to lead surveillance and audit and support their team with the core dimensions set out in Leading Better Care. It is expected that the candidate will participate within the management on call rota. By joining us you will be part of a progressive team committed to diversity, excellence and achievement.  Being flexible to work as the situation and service requires, would be an essential aspect of this post.

You should be educated to/working towards/operating at Degree level with significant experience working at a senior level.

Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards is required.
