An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Admin Team Lead to join our close-knit, friendly and hardworking team. We take care of patients across 4 sites and a wide rural geography. This post is for 37 hrs (f/t) per week on a permanent basis. The Practice is open Monday to Friday and you will need to work flexibly across the sites to ensure cover is provided across the full week, although your base will be Broadford, there will be need to visit all sites.

We are looking for candidates who are proactive and enthusiastic to join our primary care team. You should be able to work in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure. The ability to organise, prioritise, problem solve, and focus are important. You will need to be a people person with strong listening skills with the ability to understand and consider the needs of others. Providing operational oversight and management to maintain and build on opportunities that arise. Realising the potential for the Practice to provide an excellent patient/customer experience and supporting the Team to achieve what is possible.

This is an exciting role, in an ever developing team.
