An opportunity has arisen for a confident and enthusiastic Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Skye and Lochalsh area of the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross Community Mental Health team.
You will work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team.
You will be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a case load holder for patients in the Skye and Lochalsh area.
You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.
A full current, driving licence is essential and have access to your own car for business purposes.
If you are moving into NHS Highland a relocation package can be offered to the successful candidate.
