A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Service to join the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership to provide both operational management and strategic leadership for a Primary and Preventative Care Services as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Fife Health and Social Care Partnership is one of the larger Health and Social Care Partnerships in Scotland, serving the stunning and diverse Kingdom of Fife on Scotland’s East coast. We provide health and social care to a population of around 380,000 people and lead a workforce of around 7,000 staff. We support a Team Fife approach with NHS Fife, Fife Council, the Independent and Voluntary Sector.

Head of Primary and Preventative Care Services manages and leads a diverse portfolio including: Primary Care (General Practice, Community Pharmacy, Dental, Optometry) working with both Independent Providers and delivering managed services; In hour and out of Hours Urgent Care; Immunisation; Health Promotion & Improvement; Children’s Services; Sexual Health; Rheumatology; Allied Health Professions; Local Area Co-ordinators.

As a team player you will be committed to collaboration and partnership working, whilst ensuring the highest standards of strategic and operational management working closely with both the Senior and Extended Leadership team.
