Do you want to make a difference? Are you interested in quality improvement and supporting NHS Board effectiveness?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Partner for Board Development and Quality Improvement to help prepare and sustain Non-executive Board members and Board Chairs to effectively govern the quality and performance of the delivery of health and social care services to the people of Scotland.  This is a fixed term post for two years in the first instance to cover the secondment of the current postholder.  

This involves contributing to developing creative digital learning platforms including website and social media communications to promote a flexible package of development interventions relating to National induction, leadership, governance, and quality improvement for Non-executive Board members.  

As Business Partner you will also support networks of learning and support for Non-executives and QI programme events.  A central part of this work involves collating information and contributing to reports on Board development and quality improvement activities for sponsoring bodies, including Scottish Government.

Applicants should have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience of creating digital learning material as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
