What you'll do

This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative team within NES Pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with an interest in educational initiatives to expand their career experience.  This post may be offered on a full time or part time basis.

This role will support the workstream relating to the initial education and training of pharmacists in Scotland. You will support the development and delivery of education and training for Pharmacist facilitators within the service who provide Experiential Learning. You will also support the design and development of the National Plans for Experiential Learning in Scotland. 

You will be highly motivated with a desire to support the further implementation of this exciting initiative. You will work closely with members of the NES team, community pharmacists, hospital and primary care pharmacists and colleagues from the Universities.

What you'll bring 

You will be a qualified Pharmacist with a Masters’ degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.  You should be member of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain.  You will have knowledge of the pharmacy undergraduate education curricula. You will also bring excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Please note that travel across Scotland can be a business as usual requirement of this role and may require overnight stays (currently on hold). We will offer remote Interviews will be hosted via Microsoft Teams.
