We have exciting opportunities for motivated and forward-thinking advanced pharmacists who are keen to lead a team to deliver excellent pharmaceutical care to patients within Primary Care in Forth Valley. You will be responsible for service delivery at cluster level and have an active role in training other staff as well as being an integral part of the team delivering a much appreciated and well-respected Pharmacotherapy Service.

As an essential member of the GP Practice Team, you will possess excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with a range of clinical and nonclinical personnel. You will possess strong clinical decision making skills supported by excellent clinical knowledge, and either be an active independent prescriber or be working towards this qualification. You will have strong leadership skills and have a commitment to supporting the development of others within your team. You will have experience of service development and have a strong desire to deliver quality services across a GP cluster. Integration is a key aim of the Pharmacy Senior Leadership Team and you will liaise closely with hospital and community pharmacy colleagues and care homes to ensure seamless pharmaceutical care.

37.5 Hours (part time considered).
