NHS Golden Jubilee University Hospital (NHSGJUNH) is offering an exciting opportunity for an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) Lead to join our expanding orthopaedic service. The post holder will take a lead role in preparing the team and service to support the Enhanced Recovery Programme as we double our orthopaedic activity. The service improvements will be patient focused and evidence based.

The orthopaedic unit enjoys excellent facilities, and is one of the largest arthroplasty centres in the UK, performing high volume primary and revision hip/knee operations. We also perform over 1000 other procedures including knee arthroscopy, hand surgery, and a full range of foot and ankle procedures.

The Golden Jubilee University National Hospital is located on the banks of the River Clyde within a 20 minute drive of Glasgow City Centre and has excellent public transport links. Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city, but while offering all the benefits of a modern and vibrant urban area is also within a few miles of the Loch Lomond National Park and scenic west coast of Scotland.
