Our content team are responsible for the design, development and management of content for our public-facing websites, including NHS inform and Care Information Scotland.
As a senior digital content designer you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivering of content projects that meet user needs in support of primary care reform and other change programmes.
Our new senior designer will be part of a busy and growing content team within our digital directorate. You will be working with colleagues in our user research, technical, programme and service development teams to make a real difference in people’s lives.
We are looking for a designer with:
• user-centred and iterative content design skills and experience
• a team focus - someone who enjoys collaborating with others on big projects and problems
• an awareness of service design and transformation in government - including the Scottish Approach to Service Design, Digital First Service Standard and NHS Digital Service Manual
