DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL EDUCATION

Flexible Part-time contract
Salary in range £82,669- £109,849 per annum plus
Distant Island Allowance of £1,895 per annum
NHS Shetland is the most northerly Health Service in Scotland and is a unique setting in which to develop your career. We are seeking to appoint a substantive Director of Medical Education who will be responsible for ensuring that NHS Shetland delivers the high standards of postgraduate medical education required by NHS Education Scotland (NES) and the General Medical Council (GMC).
The DME will work closely with Postgraduate Deans and lead the local Medical Education Governance Group.
