Call Handlers are required to work as part of our Call Centre booking appointments for members of the public to receive their COVID vaccination. You will be required to answer the phone, make appointments and deal with any queries that are raised. Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting or call centre would be preferred. Excellent communication and keyboard skills will be required. Weekday and weekend working will be required. Homeworking may be considered.
