Training Programme Director
For Respiratory Medicine, West Region
Fixed Term: Three years in the first instance*
Part Time: 1PA / 4 hours per week
Location: Flexible Base / Any NHS Education for Scotland Office Location
The Training Programme Director for Respiratory Medicine (West Region) will be responsible for managing specialty training programmes for doctors holding the following appointments: specialty registrar (StR); and locum appointments for training (LATs).
The TPD should be a Consultant and is accountable to the Lead Dean/Director for Medicine or appropriate Associate Dean. They may also combine the role with that of an educational and/or clinical supervisor.
The post is available for 3 years in the first instance.
