This data will be used to support monitoring, evaluation and improvement as part of internal performance management systems and for reporting both internally and to PHS ISD.

Additional Information Specific to the Role

Although the post holder will have access to peer support from information analysts in NHS Lanarkshire and support to ensure they are linked to the Information Management Team, the work will be specific to the requirements of the LWMS and TCT.  Reporting will be to the Service Manager LWMS and Programme Manager TCT, not the Head of Information Management in NHS Lanarkshire.  The majority of the workload will involve accessing data collected by the LWMS & TCT but the post holder will access the same health-based systems as the NHS Lanarkshire analysts as well as analysis of data from social care, third and independent sector partners.

The remainder of the specifics of this role are the same as outlined in the NHS Lanarkshire Senior Information Analyst Job Description, except all reference to ‘Head of Information Management’ and ‘Head of Function’ should be replaced with ‘Service Manager LWMS & Programme Manager TCT’ and ‘NHS Lanarkshire’ should be replaced with ‘LWMS an TCT.’
