Agenda for Change Band 7; £40,872 to £47,846 per annum
37.5 hours per week (full and part time options available)

What you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative team within NES Pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with an interest in educational initiatives to expand their career experience. This post may be offered on a full time or part time basis.
The postholder will primarily support the workstream relating to the initial education and training of pharmacists in Scotland. You will work to support the Principal Lead and Senior Educators in the further development and delivery of education and training for Pharmacist facilitators within the service who provide experiential learning opportunities. You will also support the design and development of the National Plans for Experiential Learning in Scotland.
Support for other workstreams may be possible and those interested in the wider Pharmacy delivery should apply.
You will be highly motivated with a desire to support the further implementation of this exciting initiative. You will work closely with members of the NES team, community pharmacists, hospital and primary care pharmacists and colleagues from the Universities.
What you'll bring
You will be a qualified Pharmacist with a Masters’ degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. You should be member of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain. You will have knowledge of the pharmacy undergraduate education curricula. You will also bring excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Please note that travel across Scotland is a business as usual requirement of this role and may require overnight stays (currently on hold due to covid-19 response). We will offer remote interviews (via Microsoft Teams).
