Are you passionate about improving the quality of health and care in Scotland? Healthcare Improvement Scotland works to support NHSScotland and independent healthcare providers to improve the quality of care they provide to the people of Scotland. We have an exciting opportunity within the Quality Assurance Directorate for people with the right combination of skills, values and experience, to fulfil three of our project officer posts.

You will be part of a team managing the delivery of complex national programmes which support improvement and provide assurance to the public about the quality of care being delivered by NHSScotland.

As an experienced project officer you will work as part of a team supporting delivery of a national programme ensuring it is delivered within agreed quality, timeframes and budget.  The ability to build strong relationships and work well in a team are essential for this role.  

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, skilled in report writing gained in a quality assurance role and have project management experience. This role may require travel throughout Scotland (including overnight stays).
