Salary: Salaried GP (£77,160 - £115,167)

NHS Grampian is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to take on a key clinical leadership role within the Unscheduled Care Improvement Programme.

The post holder will act as the voice of primary care, ensuring GP perspectives are central to the planning and delivery of Unscheduled Care services. You will work with senior clinicians and managers across primary, community, acute and social care to improve patient flow, reduce avoidable hospital admissions and support the development of integrated care pathways.

This role offers an opportunity to influence both immediate performance improvement and long term system redesign, helping to shift care towards community based solutions.

Essential criteria:

  • Registered GP with MRCGP
  • Various experience in primary care
  • Understanding of unscheduled care challenges and policy
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Leadership and quality improvement experience are desirable.
