These posts offer exciting opportunities to support, develop and adapt dental services to address the current unmet dental needs of the population across NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
Successful candidate must be BDS qualified and registered with the General Dental Council as a Dentist.
The post holder will be expected to work at various clinics throughout the Public Dental Service providing dental care for both adult and paediatric patients. Providing dental care under sedation or general anaesthetic may be required after suitable training is completed. Post holders will have responsibility for unscheduled care.
The purpose of this post is to provide a service for priority patients to allow them access to high quality NHS care under General Dental Service terms and conditions.
The post holder will provide both urgent and routine comprehensive clinical care to adults throughout the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area who are experiencing difficulties in accessing NHS care, in line with the Winter preparedness funding.
